This Privacy Policy applies to the MinePlus – Idle Crypto Mining mobile application, hereinafter referred to as the “Application.” The Application was created by Harshil Patel, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” as an advertising-supported service. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

Simulation Nature of the Application

The Application is strictly a virtual cryptocurrency mining simulation. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining and does not generate, transfer, store, or distribute real cryptocurrency.

The Application may display multiple simulated cryptocurrencies, virtual mining machines, mining pools, hash rates, mining power, balances, rewards, coins, tokens, upgrades, and progress indicators. All such content is virtual and is provided solely for entertainment, educational, and simulation purposes.

The Application does not use the mobile device’s processor, graphics processor, battery, or other hardware resources to perform real cryptocurrency mining. It does not connect users to real cryptocurrency mining pools and does not provide cloud mining, investment, trading, staking, wallet, exchange, or cryptocurrency withdrawal services.

Any cryptocurrency names, icons, prices, mining rates, balances, or market-style information displayed inside the Application may be simulated and must not be interpreted as real financial information, investment advice, or proof of ownership of any cryptocurrency.

Multiple Virtual Coins Disclaimer

The Application may include simulations involving multiple virtual coins or tokens inspired by different cryptocurrency concepts. These virtual coins are used only as in-app simulation units.

Virtual coins, tokens, mining rewards, balances, bonuses, mining power, and other in-app items:

• have no real monetary or cryptocurrency value;
• cannot be transferred to a cryptocurrency wallet;
• cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, goods, or services;
• cannot be traded on a cryptocurrency exchange;
• do not represent ownership of any real digital asset;
• do not provide any guaranteed financial return or earning opportunity.

The Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the developers, foundations, companies, owners, or operators of any cryptocurrency that may be referenced or visually represented inside the Application.

Game Rules and Virtual Rewards Disclaimer

The Application may include spin wheels, daily rewards, tasks, bonuses, upgrades, lucky draws, mini games, advertisements, or other reward-based features designed solely for entertainment and simulation purposes.

All coins, points, tokens, mining power, bonuses, rewards, upgrades, and progress obtained through these features are entirely virtual and have no real-world monetary, financial, or cryptocurrency value.

These rewards cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, or any other item of real-world value.

The Application does not provide real-money gambling, cryptocurrency gambling, betting, or opportunities to win real-world prizes. Users are not required to stake real money or cryptocurrency on game outcomes.

Game and reward outcomes may be generated automatically within the Application. Such outcomes have no impact on any real financial account, cryptocurrency wallet, blockchain transaction, investment, or economic activity.

Google LLC, Apple Inc., and other application marketplace operators are not involved in the creation, management, distribution, calculation, or payment of virtual rewards offered within the Application.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that all mining activities, coins, tokens, rewards, balances, and earnings displayed in the Application are virtual simulations and do not represent real cryptocurrency mining or real financial returns.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information when you download, install, access, or use it. This information may include:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address;
• Your device type, model, and operating system;
• Application version and device identifiers;
• The pages, screens, and features you access;
• The date and time of your visits;
• The amount of time spent using the Application;
• Application interactions, crashes, errors, and performance information;
• Advertising identifiers and advertisement interaction data;
• Approximate location derived from your IP address or device settings.

Location Information

The Application may collect or process approximate location information. Approximate location information may be used for:

• displaying relevant content and advertisements;
• analytics and application performance measurement;
• fraud prevention and security;
• understanding general regional usage trends;
• improving the Application and its services.

The Application is not intended to collect precise GPS location unless a specific feature requires it and the user grants the necessary device permission.

Users may be able to manage personalized advertising preferences through their device settings, consent screen, or Google advertising settings.

Third-Party Access

Aggregated, anonymized, or limited user information may be transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider operate, analyze, secure, advertise, maintain, and improve the Application.

The Application may use third-party services that process information according to their own privacy policies.

Third-party services used by the Application may include:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase
• Meta or Facebook Services
• Unity Services

Only keep the third-party services in this list that are actually included in the Application.

Disclosure of Information

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

• when required by law, court order, subpoena, or another legal process;
• when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, protect users, or respond to a government request;
• to trusted service providers that process information on behalf of the Service Provider and are required to protect that information;
• as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the Application, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided information for as long as necessary to provide the Application, maintain user accounts, satisfy legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Automatically collected analytics, advertising, and technical information may be retained according to the policies of the Service Provider and applicable third-party service providers.

Account and Data Deletion

Where the Application supports user accounts, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by contacting the Service Provider at thebiggerballoon@gmail.com.

The deletion request should include sufficient information to identify the account. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop the collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or application marketplace.

You may also restrict certain permissions, reset your advertising identifier, disable personalized advertising, or modify privacy settings through your device settings.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum digital consent age required in the user’s country.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children below the applicable minimum age.

If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, the information will be deleted within a reasonable period.

Security

The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and procedural measures to protect information processed and maintained through the Application.

However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure. Therefore, the Service Provider cannot guarantee the absolute security of user information.

Financial and Investment Disclaimer

The Application does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, cryptocurrency, or blockchain advice.

Nothing displayed inside the Application should be interpreted as a recommendation to purchase, sell, hold, mine, trade, or invest in any cryptocurrency, token, security, or financial product.

Any simulated prices, rewards, earnings, mining rates, market values, or performance figures may be fictional, delayed, randomized, or created solely for entertainment.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider may notify users of changes by updating this page, changing the effective date, or providing an in-app notice where appropriate.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
